Life is not a bed of roses for a woman specially, for the working woman working in any of the profession. By the virtue of being a woman she has various roles to play like a role of wife, mother, daughter-in-law etc. Each role carries a burden of responsibilities which she needs to perform. So among various professions, teaching profession suits her the most. Thus, it is one of the most demanding professions by Indian women as they gets time to manage both their personal and professional life. However, with the passage of time, teaching has become one of the most challenging professions. Teacher has to undergo various challenges which come to their way both at the professional and personal front. Thus, gets no time to take care of their physical and mental being resulting in negative consequences on the health, work performance and social life. This makes her obsessed, frustrated and dissatisfied from the job.
